BAYCANER BEACH RESORT
Mayaguana is a destination for bonefishers looking for size over quantity. This beautiful outmost island, does not have the largest flats, most luxurious lodging, or even licensed guides. Rather Mayaguana offers limited opportunities at some of the largest bones in the Bahamas. Many are certainly well over 10 pounds. These big bones combined with the friendliest people you will ever meet make this a great choice for some. However, with only 300 residents and virtually no industry on the island, lodging and services are very limited and basic. This is a very affordable trip for anglers with experience and skill.
